Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern orders for and use of the Honeyweb.ai AI 5-Star Google Review Engine. By ordering or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business identified at checkout.

Supplier: Honeyweb Pty Ltd

ABN: 14 135 041 333

Contact: [email protected] · 0483 940 456

Effective date: 21 August 2026

1. The service

Honeyweb provides a configured review-request and reputation-management system for Australian businesses. Depending on your selected configuration, the service may include client subaccount setup, campaign configuration, review-request workflows, private feedback routing, alerts, reporting, support and related automation.

Honeyweb is an independent service provider. We are not owned, endorsed or operated by Google, Meta or any other review platform. Third-party platforms control their own products, policies, availability and ranking systems.

2. Eligibility and business use

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the ordering business. The service is intended for legitimate business use. You must provide complete, accurate and current information and cooperate reasonably with onboarding and implementation.

3. Pricing and recurring billing

The standard subscription displayed for this offer is AU$297 per month. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where required unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. The checkout will display the amount payable before you submit payment.

Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method provided until cancelled. You authorise Honeyweb and its payment provider to charge each recurring amount when due. If payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend access or service delivery until the account is brought up to date.

4. Launch offer and setup fee

The normal setup fee is AU$997. Where the checkout states that setup is free for the first 10 eligible businesses, the setup fee is waived only for customers who complete a qualifying order while that allocation remains available. We may close or change a promotional offer prospectively, but this will not change a waiver already confirmed in your completed order.

5. Cancellation

There is no fixed-term lock-in contract. You may cancel by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless we agree otherwise or the Australian Consumer Law requires a different outcome. To avoid the next recurring charge, request cancellation before the next billing date.

Except where required by law or expressly provided under the Review Guarantee below, fees already paid are not refundable merely because you changed your mind or did not use the service during a paid period.

6. Onboarding and launch

You must provide the information and access reasonably required to configure the service. Never send us your Google password. Where platform access is needed, use the platform’s authorised user or manager-access process. Any quoted setup timeframe begins only after we receive the required information, lawful customer data and necessary authorised access. Delays caused by missing, inaccurate or late information extend the launch timeframe.

7. Your customer data and legal responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

  • customer data supplied to Honeyweb belongs to your business or is otherwise lawfully controlled by you;
  • the data is accurate enough for the requested campaign and may lawfully be used for that purpose;
  • you will comply with applicable privacy, spam, telecommunications, consumer and industry requirements;
  • you will honour opt-outs and will not upload purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained lists; and
  • your business information, offers and communications are accurate and not misleading.

You remain responsible for your customer relationships and for responding appropriately to feedback, complaints and review-platform issues.

8. 30-Day Money-Back Review Guarantee

If your order expressly includes the 30-Day Money-Back Review Guarantee, Honeyweb promises that your qualifying reactivation campaign will generate at least one new genuine 5-star review within 30 days of the campaign going live. If it does not, Honeyweb will refund your first monthly payment, subject to all conditions below.

Guarantee conditions

  1. You must provide at least 300 genuine past customers with valid contact details who may lawfully be contacted.
  2. The campaign must be permitted to contact 10 genuine past customers per day for 30 days without client-requested pauses, material changes or interference.
  3. The 30-day period begins when Honeyweb confirms that the reactivation campaign is live, not on the order date.
  4. You must complete onboarding, provide required authorised platform access and keep your subscription and payment method active and in good standing.
  5. You must not suppress, fabricate, incentivise or manipulate reviews, and the review must comply with the relevant platform’s policies.
  6. You must notify Honeyweb at [email protected] within 14 days after the guarantee period ends if you believe the guarantee was not met, so we can verify campaign records and review activity.

The guarantee concerns at least one genuine new 5-star review. It does not guarantee a particular number of reviews, a Google ranking, map position, revenue, lead volume or other commercial result. The remedy stated above is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully; impersonate another person or business; send deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications; manipulate reviews; breach platform rules; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorised access; or use the service in a way that could harm Honeyweb, a provider, a recipient or another customer.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party platforms and providers, which may include CRM, automation, email, SMS, payment, hosting, Google and Meta services. Their terms, policies, outages, changes and enforcement decisions are outside Honeyweb’s control. We may reasonably modify workflows or substitute providers to maintain the service.

11. Intellectual property

Honeyweb retains ownership of its systems, templates, workflows, designs, software, know-how and materials, excluding your data and materials. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the configured service for your own business. You grant Honeyweb the rights reasonably necessary to host, process and use your supplied materials to provide the service.

12. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party must use reasonable care to protect the other party’s confidential information and may use it only for the service or as required by law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service availability and changes

We aim to provide the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, platform changes and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. We may make reasonable changes to maintain, secure or improve the service. If a change materially reduces a prepaid service, contact us so we can discuss an appropriate remedy.

14. Consumer guarantees and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeyweb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss caused by inaccurate or unlawful client data, third-party platform decisions, or events outside our reasonable control. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited, at our option, to re-supplying the affected service or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, unlawful use, serious or repeated breach, security risk, platform-policy risk or conduct reasonably likely to harm recipients, Honeyweb or a provider. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

16. Complaints and disputes

Please first contact [email protected] with details of any concern. Both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve a dispute before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the parties submit to courts with jurisdiction there.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified or made available before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, but changes do not remove rights that cannot be excluded by law.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate or out-of-date information. Contact [email protected]. We may update this policy when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
