Please do not send us passwords, payment-card details in free-text fields, sensitive information, or customer data that you are not authorised to provide.
2. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you visit our website, place an order, complete onboarding, upload an authorised customer list, contact us or use our services. We may also receive information from your authorised staff, service providers and connected platforms, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Why we collect, hold and use information
We use personal information to provide and configure the service; process orders and subscriptions; create and administer client subaccounts; deliver lawful review-request campaigns; send review and campaign alerts; provide support; communicate service information; prevent misuse; improve our websites and services; meet record-keeping obligations; and comply with law.
4. Customer lists and campaign contacts
Business clients must only provide customer information they lawfully control and may lawfully use for the requested campaign. We process that information to provide the client’s campaign and related support. The client remains responsible for the accuracy, source and lawful use of its list, including any consent, identification, unsubscribe and record-keeping requirements that apply to its communications.
5. Disclosure to service providers
We may disclose information to service providers that help us deliver the service, including hosting, CRM and automation, email and SMS delivery, analytics, support, cloud storage, accounting and payment-processing providers. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law, or in connection with a business restructure or sale.
6. Overseas disclosure and storage
Some technology providers we use operate or store data outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries in which their infrastructure, related companies or subprocessors operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate contractual or technical safeguards. Overseas privacy laws may differ from Australian law.
7. Security and retention
We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No online service is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above, to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal, accounting and backup obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
8. Direct marketing
Where permitted, we may send service updates or marketing communications to business contacts. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Operational messages about an active service may still be sent where necessary.
9. Cookies and analytics
Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, analytics and advertising measurement. You may adjust browser controls to limit cookies, although some functionality may be affected.
10. Access and correction
You may request access to personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct inaccurate or out-of-date information. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, in which case we will explain the reason where required.
11. Privacy questions and complaints
Send privacy questions or complaints to [email protected] with enough information for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
